Absolutely NO smoking is permitted inside the B & B. A designated outdoor smoking area will be available to our guests that smoke.

No pets are allowed.

All reservations at Circle Your Wagons B & B must be confirmed with a full payment no later than one week  after reservations have been made.

All rates stated are PLUS 10% Hotel Occupancy Tax.

If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservations, please call us at least 3 days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.

If you must cancel with less than 3 days notice, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can re-book your room(s), we will keep $25 per room as a Cancellation Fee and refund the balance.
